Description of the action
The aim of the project, which is led by Agenzia Regionale Istruzione Formazione Lavoro, is to identify benchmarking tools and standards to support the implementation of public-private partnerships in employment services with special focus on services aimed at displaced workers, immigrants and ethnic minorities.
The Italian project partner - IRS, Istituto per la Ricerca Sociale.
The transnational partners include IMPREUNA Agency for Community Development (Romania) and Foundation Polska-Europa (Poland).
ARIFL is the project applicant responsible for all actions. IRS is responsible for the research activity and for the benchmarking methodology. The other partners will contribute to the organization of the events taking place at their home country and to the dissemination of the results. The partner will also take part in each projects event and will help involve social partners and labour market stakeholders.

Target group
subjects having responsibility in supporting labour market transitions: public and private employment agencies offering employment services; employers, trade union and bilateral bodies representatives, experts in labour law and industrial relations, experts in the anticipation and analysis of future skills needs and in the assessment of the employment performances and vocational training, university researchers.
